Cannot wait to go back! The Sorano Hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was so spacious, clean, modern and relaxing. Admittedly we did not take advantage of any of the amenities (spa, pool, food) because I have family in the area, so we were always out and about but really appreciated coming back each night to our lovely room. I am very surprised about some of the negative reviews of the staff. They were amazing and went above and beyond. In fact, I had a medical need and the concierge who assisted me put me in touch with a local-ish doctor who actually came to the hotel! That was probably a bit unusual, but it definitely was appreciated immensely. Fantastic stay – exceptional location and wonderful hospitality We had a fantastic stay at Waldorf Astoria Osaka and would highly recommend it. The location is superb. The hotel is very close to Osaka Station ( 5 min walk) and exceptionally well connected, with several shopping centres and malls within easy walking distance, including Time Out Market Osaka with its excellent choice of restaurants. It made exploring Osaka incredibly easy. As the first Waldorf Astoria in Japan, the hotel feels very special. It combines the elegance you would expect from Waldorf Astoria with beautiful Japanese design and exceptional attention to detail. The highlight, however, was the hospitality. We were travelling as a family and really appreciated the wonderful way the team looked after us, including arranging interconnecting rooms and very kindly upgrading our rooms. From the reservations team through to everyone we encountered during our stay, the service was warm, professional and genuinely welcoming. A particular thank you to Constantin, who went out of his way to make our stay special and was incredibly helpful both before our arrival and during our stay. Beautiful hotel, fantastic location and, most importantly, wonderful people and service. A quiet inn that heals the mind and body We had a truly refreshing time at this inn surrounded by the nature of Nagano. I remember being greeted with a smile from the staff and a polite bow from the time I arrived, and at that moment, the fatigue of the long trip was much lighter. There were three hot springs in the facility, each with a different taste, but the temperature was comfortable and I was able to soak in them. The hot water that you enter while feeling the scent and wind of the trees is exceptional, and you can truly taste the extraordinary. For dinner, the gentle flavor of the soup stock wrapped the whole dish, and each dish was carefully handcrafted. The more I ate, the more it ingrained my mind and body, and I was very satisfied. "Customer service, hot springs, and meals all flowed with a consistent sense of hospitality, and it was a stay that made me want to come back." Great hotel, great location, and great views What a delight The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho was! The hotel is sleek, beautiful, and luxurious without feeling stuffy. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, and check-in was an absolute breeze. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with amazing views of Tokyo. The bar is also stunning—the perfect place to grab a drink while taking in an incredible view of the city. The location could not have been better. It was so easy to get everywhere we wanted to go while still having a beautiful, relaxing hotel to come back to at the end of the day. Breakfast was another highlight—absolutely delicious, with different items each morning, which was such a nice touch. Overall, we had such a great stay and truly loved our time here. Fabulous Disney experience!!! We visited as a family of 5. We booked a standard family room (that sleeps 5 with one child "bedsharing") on floors 5-9 with a park view. Wow, the room was insane. It was basically a suite with two large bathrooms, a sitting area, two twin beds and two enclave beds. It also had a sofa bed which we used to give us more space. The best part was the view of the park so we can see the people queuing up from 7am (!) and the view of the castle and fireworks at night, just stunning. Highlights: - Family room was basically a full suite - Shop on the ground floor that sold everything, bit like a convenience store - 5 min walk to the Monorail station or Disney park entry - Reception had plenty of staff, no waiting at all - The enclave beds were fine for the kids, it would have been a bit cramped if we hadn't got the sofa bed too Lowlights: - Restaurants got booked up very quickly, make sure you book dinners and breakfasts a long way in advance - The rooms in this place sell out very fast (you can understand why), if UK based, make sure you are up in the middle of the night to make sure you book as soon as availability opens up #PR #夏の思い出キャンペーン2026 #楽天トラベルキャンペーン #TikTokGo

Absolutely astonishing I wasnt sure what to expect after reading some of the negative reviews on this site and I wanted to come back and write a review after our visit to help future guests decide whether it is for them. I have seen another review on here which does a good job of explaining why it is that some people may not enjoy their time here. It really is an incredible place with the most stunning architecture, gardens, seaside, pools and people. Nothing was too much for the staff who went above and beyond our expectations. From the moment we arrived we felt like we were in an alternate universe. The food at the main restaurant is essentially Michelin star style, which some people may find too much for every evening, but there are alternatives on site which are absolutely fine. Uber works well in Japan and it is easy to reach thousands of other restaurants if you are not content with what is available. There is also an extensive in room dining menu. Our room also had a full kitchenette with microwave/oven, sink and full size fridge/freezer. The hotel is not like any other place we have been before - it is like a work of art with design behind every aspect of it. Perhaps some people find it is just too different from a conventional hotel, but we were delighted. If you are not sure, have a close read of all the reviews on here, but in my experience the good ones are most accurate. The bad ones seem to be when people have had a specific problem with their stay or booking and of course sometimes things will go wrong. Overall, we (travelling with my wife and 2 kids) would rate this 6 out of 5 if that were possible. #PR #TikTokGo
