Wonderful hotel - love the breakfast buffet and public bath! Lovely hotel with friendly staff, beautiful gardens all around, and close to the subway. Rooms are very clean, and so are the public/shared baths! It's not too far from the central tourist areas in Shibuya and Shinjuku, and great if you aren't the type who wants the noisy/busy streets right below you. I see lots of folks going out for a run in the morning, and there is a wonderful public/shared hot bath for hotel patrons. I went to the hot bath every evening in place of a shower -- the hot soak was so wonderful after a long day of trekking around! :) I wish every hotel had one. Would come back again! We were famished every morning (since we were still adjusting from Pacific time) and found the breakfast buffet delicious and entirely satisfying. It was quite affordable as well! The main downside is that you'd have to walk 10-15 minutes or take the subway to any restaurants outside the hotel. You'll have to go to Sendagaya station or to the other side of the National Stadium to Aoyama. I'd recommend that you get the larger rooms - we got one double twin and one single queen for our family of four. The single queen was a little tight for our liking. Only gripe is that the lighting in the rooms are challenging for styling hair or doing makeup - I see a number of ladies prepping in the public bath (which is beautifully spa-like) because of this. #人気ホテル #楽天トラベル #agoda #PR #TikTokGO

It was a wonderful inn. I stayed for my father-in-law's birthday celebration. I didn't expect much from the service before I stayed because I had always had the impression that it was a big hotel, but the hospitality of the staff was excellent and I could feel the attention to detail throughout the hotel, which was a great stay. The room was the most standard room, but it was clean, spacious and open. People of all ages can stay here, and the rooms are also equipped with comfortable sofas and chairs. The facility is large, but wheelchairs can be rented. It might be small, but in the public baths, there are small trash cans in each shower booth in the washrooms, bags for wet things in the dressing rooms, good drinks after the hot water, waiting benches and toilets just inside the parking lot… (I guess your dad is supposed to make your grandparents wait for you to pick up the car). Really good hotel few mins from Shibuya Crossing in Tokyo. Spacious rooms. Main shopping Area! Excellent location, 5 min walk from Shibuya crossing and al the amazing shopping. The hotel has two cafe's just downstaris in the same building and also a shop for groceries and basics on the ground floor. Frist the elevator takes you to a spacious lobby. Check is failry quick. Room are very good and spacious by Japan standards. The housekeeping kept them clean at all times. Food is also very good and so is the room serivce. Some rooms have a bathtub and some don't so do check that if you care for one. If you are on a higher floor the view will be good. From the elevator lobby window I saw mount fuji many times. Whether it;s a long or a short stay, family or business or solo. This is a FANTASTIC hotel.
