Tokyo Cafe Countdown, in Gakugei Daigaku neighborhood. One of the coziest area, full of cafes and restaurants. We stumbled upon this cafe, located right under the train tracks. This neighborhood is filled with cafes and restaurants, very close from Shibuya, but surprisingly it’s not crowded!
