This is a classical hotel with such an atmosphere that you can almost hear the music of Chopin and Brahms. There is a shuttle bus from Karuizawa Station, and you can pick up your cart to get around the property. The rooms were spacious and clean, the luxurious waterways were separate, and it was convenient to have two sinks and chairs. Most of the staff were kind, but the restaurant staff seemed a bit busy and the customer base seemed lively, as it happens.
