What would you add to the list? ☀️ These are 4 things I’ve been using ALL summer to survive the heat and humidity in Japan 🇯🇵 🌬️ Pocket fan I got mine at Loft. It has a cooling mode and makes such a difference when it’s really hot. I also love that I can take it everywhere with me. Some cheaper ones I’ve tried didn’t last very long, so I definitely recommend investing in a good one! 👡 Nike Air Max Koko (~€60) I literally wear these every day now. They’re comfortable enough for 20km+ of walking, breathable in summer, easy to slip on and off, and they go with dresses, skirts AND pants. I also see girls wearing them everywhere in Japan, and they come in so many cute colours. Definitely worth the investment for me! 🫧 Body wipes (¥100 at Daiso) You can find these pretty much everywhere, and they’re so useful after walking, cycling or just sweating all day. There are also cooling versions if you really struggle with the heat 🧊 ☕ Coffee Body Scrub Made with upcycled coffee grounds ♻️ this 3-in-1 product can be used as a body scrub, a gentler facial scrub when lathered, or a body wash. I’ve been loving it after long, sweaty summer days because it leaves my skin feeling smooth and fresh. And honestly, it smells SO good (even though I’m not a coffee person!) 🤎 You can find it at selected Don Quijote stores, drugstores, and online in Japan. #PR #JapanSummer #LifeInJapan #JapanLifestyle #japantravel
