This is exactly why I keep saying yes to new experiences 🤍 A few weeks ago, I replied to a Threads post from a fashion student looking for a model… and somehow ended up here. You never really know where one message can lead 🫣 #lifeinjapan #tokyolife #dayinmylife #japanvlog #sidequest
One of the things I love most about summer in Japan is how deeply traditions are still part of everyday life. (Mitama Matsuri) fills Yasukuni Shrine with thousands of lanterns to honor the souls (mitama) enshrined there. Walking through them was such a peaceful reminder of how history, culture and seasonal traditions continue to be celebrated today. #mitamamatsuri #japaneseculture #tokyosummer #lifeinjapan #japan
My June budget in Japan 🇯🇵💴 This month, I managed to spend a little less than in May, even though I had a few unexpected expenses, like private Japanese lessons and some purchases for job interviews. Tracking everything was definitely harder this month since most of my spending was in cash, but I kept every receipt so I could make this recap as accurate as possible. 📒 I’m also starting to apply for both part-time and full-time jobs here in Japan, so hopefully I’ll have some good news to share with you soon. 🤞 As always, if you have any questions about my budget, the cost of living in Japan, or life here in general, feel free to ask in the comments. I read every single one. 🤍 #workingholidayjapan #lifeinjapan #japanbudget #costofliving #tokyolife
Summer nights in Japan just feel different 🎆🌊 Festival food, yukata and fireworks by the sea 👘✨ #japansummer #kamakura #fireworksfestival #yukata #japantravel
I thought it was so sad to not even be able to walk on my balcony 😭😂 I honestly think they never cleaned it before 🤧 #movingtojapan #lifeinjapan #pvtjapon #sharehouse
I almost didn’t post this. For the past few weeks, I’ve been feeling completely lost when it comes to my career, and it made me realize that I had never really shared this part of my story with you. Moving to Japan has helped me grow so much as a person, but it didn’t magically answer every question I had about my future. If anything, it made me question even more. Maybe that’s just what being in your twenties feels like. If this resonates with you, I’d genuinely love to read your story. Whether you’re feeling lost, changing careers, starting over or finally finding your path, feel free to share it in the comments. I read every single one of them. 🤍 #livinginjapan #quarterlifecrisis #selfgrowth #twenties #startingover
I’ve been following WOOMII for a while, so the second I saw on their story that they were opening a popup in Shinjuku… I had to go 👀💖 The colors, the shoes, the accessories… everything is exactly my vibe 😭 I tried on this pair and now I genuinely can’t decide if I should buy them or not… So be honest: Would you have bought them if you were me? 👀✨ 📍 WOOMII Popup Store Lumine Est Shinjuku B1F 🗓️ June 17 – July 6 #woomii #tokyopopup #japanesefashion #tokyoshopping #shinjuku
Sometimes the best places are the ones you weren’t planning to visit ✨ I found this little café during my trip to Kamakura and immediately fell in love with the atmosphere. Good food, train views, a beautiful garden and some of the kindest staff I’ve met during my time in Japan 🫶 Definitely one of my favorite discoveries from this trip. 📍 Cafe Umino Tonari 2-5-24 Inamuragasaki, Kamakura, Kanagawa 🕒 Open Friday to Monday 11:30 AM – 6:00 PM 🚃 Near Inamuragasaki Station #kamakura #kamakuracafe #enoden #japantravel #hiddenjapan
Such an amazing feeling to watch the sunset with Mount Fuji in the background 🫶🏻 I will never forget this moment #kamakura #zushibeach #sunse #mountfuji #japan
One of the cutest cafes I’ve been to in Japan ☁️💙 As a longtime Cinnamoroll fan, this place felt like a dream 😭 The food, the drinks, the merch, the decorations… everything was adorable. 📍 Cinnamoroll Cafe Shinjuku Marui Annex 1F 3-1-26 Shinjuku, Shinjuku City, Tokyo 🕒 Mon–Fri: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM 🕒 Sat–Sun: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM #cinnamoroll #sanrio #kawaii #tokyocafe #livinginjapan

🌏 #livinginjapan #japanfaq #lifeinjapan #movingtojapan #solodates
