My mom was correct. We have food at home. Prepping meals and eating at home can really save you money. #expat #livinginjapan #ofw #budget #savingmoney

I put a lot of things on hold when I was helping my siblings to finish school because the budget was really tight. There was no room for extra and my family was on survival mode for a very long time after my father suffered stroke and lost his job. So even though I earn decent money in Japan, almost all of my salary was sent back home to cover expenses. Now that my siblings have graduated and are independent, I have some room in my budget to try things that I have always wanted to do for myself. I'm still on a budget but I make sure to enjoy what life has to offer from time to time.#expat #livinginjapan #ofw #budget #savingmoney

Those were fun times. #expat #livinginjapan #ofw #budget #savingmoney

I was so suprised when my good friend told me that she got inspired by my financial journey. I was just sharing ideas to her not knowing that she had been going through financial struggles as well. Fast forward and now we look back at how totally different our lives have become because we took that step to change our lives. This is the reason why I keep sharing here on tiktok. If I could inspire only one person then that in itself is a blessing. Keep fighting for your dreams. Don't give up! See you on the other side! #expat #livinginjapan #ofw #budget #savingmoney
