But here, under the glow of traditional lanterns, maiko and geiko dressed in beautiful summer yukata come around to each table to chat with guests! Seeing them in their more casual summer look, without their usual white makeup, was absolutely lovely too…🥹♡ It’s such a special way to experience Kyoto’s traditional geisha culture in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere 🌙 By the way, the senjafuda in the third photo is a personalized name sticker given out like a business card! 国立公文書館で 日本国憲法の原本展示を見てきたよ〜！ ガラス越しに見たその一枚は、 ただの「紙」なんだけど、なぜか意志を感じられて、不思議な気持ちだった〜 どんな気持ちで書いたんだろう、でも後戻りはしない、できない、抱えて生きていくのかな、なんて覚悟を感じたよ そのあと、皇居のまわりを歩いていたら、 海外の方が楽しそうに写真を撮っていて。 色々なことを経て、 いまを大切にしているこの国の姿って、すごいなって思ったよ〜〜 当たり前みたいに過ごしている毎日も、 形は違えどきっと誰かが守ってきた時間の上にあるんだな、って改めて思ったな〜〜〜 どんなことがあっても今をいきる❗️って大切❗️ 今を生きる権利が人間にはあるんだな〜ってなんかしみじみ思った 今憲法が変わる可能性があるわけで。 この日常が、あるのはこの憲法のおかげなんだな、なんて思ったよ。政治思想はあまり無いけれど、 この、平和で、tiktokを眺められるような環境って、本当に幸せで、そのおかげで夢を見て、努力すれば叶られるかもって思えるんじゃ無いかなって。もし、時間があれば、九段下の昭和館や憲政記念館も行くのオススメだよ🎵 国民主権、って改めてどういうことか、今の平和がどんな人たちの血潮の上にあるのか、考えたよ 明日までだから見に行ってね☺️ 📍国立公文書館 〒102-0091 東京都千代田区北の丸公園3-2 I went to see the original manuscript of the Constitution of Japan at the National Archives of Japan! That single sheet behind the glass— it’s “just paper,” and yet somehow, I could feel a strong sense of will within it. It was such a strange, quiet emotion. I found myself wondering what they must have been feeling as they wrote it… Maybe it was a kind of resolve—no turning back, no escaping, just carrying everything forward and living with it. After that, I walked around the Imperial Palace, and saw people from all over the world happily taking photos. After everything this country has been through, the way it still chooses to cherish the present moment… it felt kind of amazing. The days we live as if they’re “normal” are, in some form, built upon time that someone else has protected and carried forward. No matter what happens, choosing to live now really matters. It made me quietly realize that just being able to live in the present is, in itself, a right we all have as human beings.
