Eating a local specialty where it's actually from just hits different. The charcoal dakgalbi in Chuncheon was the best thing I've ever eaten. That good. SUM's fusion cuisine showed me a side of Korean food I never knew, and at Kyochon I finally got my chimaek! The corn coffee at Soul Roastery became an instant favorite too, even on my first sip. And it wasn't just the food — the sea, the views, the art… two days really wasn't enough. I put all the spots together, so check it through to the end 👀 If you've done Seoul a few times and want a different side of Korea, I really recommend Gangwon.
