Hey! In this video I’m going to explain how to get your very own “Welcome Suica” card when you travel to Japan!!! I definitely suggest getting one if you’re traveling as a tourist to Japan because it doesn’t require a deposit (regular Suica is 500 jpy), you can top it up the first time with a card (after that only with cash), and it makes a super cute souvenir with its white and red cherry blossom design 🌸 Make sure to save the video as a reference and remember to go to the JR EAST Travel Service Center! Even if you don’t need a “Welcome Suica” card, these offices can help you out in English with any JR issues you may have. (Don’t forget to look for the green symbol to help you find one! - they exist in many major train stations around Tokyo) P.S. if you’re an iPhone user, and aren’t interested in the physical Suica card, you can download the app and top it up there! #PR #jreast #japantrip #japantips #traveljapan
