📍SHIRAITO WATERFALLS Out of all the waterfalls I've visited, this is probably the most stunning one I've ever seen. 🤍✨ That said, I personally love waterfalls that take a bit of adventure to reach, the kind that still feels untouched, surrounded by nothing but pure forest rather than concrete and buildings. 🙈 It reminds me of the hidden waterfalls in Gifu, where nature truly takes center stage.⛰️🌿 Still, this place is an absolute must visit, especially during autumn. 🍁 And with Mt. Fuji in the background? Ugh... pure perfection. 🗻🍂👏🏼 #japan #japandiaries #japantourism #japantiktok #JapanTravel
POV: We finally visited Mt. Fuji after such a long time, and the moment we arrived, it disappeared behind the clouds. 😭☁️ We were already about to head home because it was almost 7 pm, when suddenly, Mt. Fuji decided to make its grand entrance. 😂✨ So, here's the only videos I managed to get. 🥹📸 Mt. Fuji really acts like a celebrity, showing up only when it feels like it. ⛰️😏😅 #japan #japandiaries #japantourism #japantiktok #JapanTravel
📍SANGANESAN SKYLINE ⛰️ Sanganesan Skyline is a 5.1-kilometer scenic road that stretches from Higashihazu-cho in Nishio-City to Katahara Onsen, Gamagori-City, by the ridge of Mount Sangane. Driving it lets visitors experience the beautiful panoramic views of the Gamagori-City area, the Pacific Ocean, and Nagoya-City. If the sky is clear, it is even possible to spot Cape Irago at the extreme of Atsumi Peninsula or even Toba-City and its nearby islands, in the distant Mie Prefecture at the other side of Ise Bay! The road is also well-known for its perfect nighttime scenery and in the winter, from mid-October to mid-January, a surreal nightly illumination display decorates the area around the parking area at the peak of Mt. Sangane. The road's course is dotted by touristic attractions such as the recreation facility with hot spring bath installations, the Sangane Kannon and Hijima Kannon Temples, and the Junkoku-Nanashi Cemetery, a memorial for seven wartime heroes.⛰️🌿🌊 📍 〒444-0701 1-236 Nyukaizan, Higashihazu-cho, Nishio-City, Aichi Prefecture, Japan 🌿Fee •Sanganesan Skyline: Motorcycle 280 JPY Light/small vehicle and passenger car 420 JPY Micro bus 1,100 JPY Large bus 1,760 JPY 🌿* Transit of light vehicles, such as bicycles and etc. is prohibited. 🌿Opening days / hours Sanganesan Skyline: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM * Traffic prohibited from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. * Opens for night operation on December 31 from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM of January 1. #japan #japandiaries #japantourism #japantiktok #HiddenJapan
Where history meets the sea. ⛩️🌊🦌 Miyajima, also known as Itsukushima, is one of Japan's most beautiful island escapes. Home to the iconic floating torii gate of Itsukushima Shrine, this UNESCO World Heritage Site looks like it's floating on the sea during high tide. The island is also famous for its friendly wild deer, which roam freely as symbols of good fortune and are protected as part of Miyajima's heritage. ⛩️🦌✨ 📍 1-1 Miyajimachō, Hatsukaichi, Hiroshima 739-0588, Japan #japan #japandiaries #JapanTravel #japantourism #japantiktok

21st CENTURY FOREST PARK🌿 📍 Location Address: 2340 Itadori, Seki, Gifu 501-2901, Japan. 🍃 About 1–1.5 hours by car from Nagoya. 🍃 Free parking is available. 🌲 The Kabusugi Forest The park's most famous attraction is the Kabusugi no Mori (Stock Cedar Forest). More than 70 giant cedar trees, estimated to be 400–500 years old, grow here. These unusual trees sprout multiple trunks from a single base, creating dramatic shapes that look almost otherworldly. Some have as many as 10 or more trunks emerging from one stump. 🌸 Hydrangeas (Ajisai) During June and early July, the park becomes one of Gifu's premier hydrangea destinations. Around 3,000 hydrangea plants bloom inside the park, and together with the nearby Itadori Hydrangea Road they create a landscape of roughly 10,000 flowering hydrangeas. The annual Itadori Hydrangea Festival is centered here. 🌲🦌 #japan #japandiaries #japantravel #naturelover #japantiktok
