Many rooms come with private open-air hot spring baths, but it’s truly rare in the Kanto region to have a private onsen with such an exceptional panoramic view. The night scenery is spectacular—Tokyo’s city lights sparkle in the distance, and the sky is filled with stars. Both daytime and nighttime offer breathtaking views. The room featured in the video is a corner suite: “Special Room with Open-Air Onsen – Room 601.” It’s very spacious, with a mix of Japanese tatami room and Western-style flooring, two TVs, an indoor bath plus an outdoor bath, two showers, and a balcony. Breakfast is served in the dining hall, but dinner was in a private room. The dinner was not only traditional Japanese kaiseki, but also included beautifully presented French-inspired creative dishes, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were warm and attentive, and overall the experience was excellent. Considering the quality, the price is very reasonable—great value for money.
