イヴ・マルシャン＆ロマ・メェッフェルのユニットによる"残されるもののかたち"。今回、重信会館で行われたこの展示を観るためにKG2026の参加を決意したと言っても過言ではない。重信会館は元は大谷大学の学生寮で、普段は多分立入禁止になっている。多分というのは今までこんなすごち建物が地元にあることすら知らなかった。 "The Shape of What Remains" by the unit Yves Marchand & Romain Meffre. It's no exaggeration to say that I decided to participate in KG2026 specifically to see this exhibition held at Jushin Kaikan. Jushin Kaikan was originally a student dormitory for Otani University, and is probably off-limits on a normal basis. I say "probably" because until now I didn't even know such an amazing building existed in my hometown. #京都 #kyotographie2026

ASPHODELという祇園のギャラリーで開催された柴田早理の展示。パスポートを買っていたらあまり関係ないんだけど、これが無料？！となるくらい素晴らしい展示でした。祇園にこんな空間があるのがびっくり。 Sari Shibata's exhibition was held at ASPHODEL, a gallery in Gion. It's not really relevant if you have a passport, but it was such a wonderful exhibition that I was surprised it was free! I was amazed that such a space exists in Gion. #京都 #kyotographie2026

I've finally reached number 10. By the way, I'm posting in numbering order, not chronological order, so if it were chronological, I'd love to talk about how I conquered them in such a short time, but I don't have the time to do that. 京セラ美術館2つ目、アーネスト・コールの囚われの地。南アフリカの人種隔離政策アパルトヘイト体制下の内側を生々しく写し出している。 The second I visited in KYOCERA museum was Ernest Cole's "Prisoner's Land," which vividly depicts the inner workings of South Africa under the apartheid regime, a policy of racial segregation. #京都 #kyotographie2026

The first of them was by Daido Moriyama. This was the first of the main events of KG2026, and it was truly a fitting start! I didn't have much time, but I made a big decision to drive to the Kyocera Museum of Art on my way back from work in Shiga to see KG2026 with my own eyes, and it was the right decision. #京都 #kyotographie2026

有斐斎 弘道館でのジュリエット・アニェルの展示、光の薫りは、鉱物や植物を写し出した作品。プロカメラマンと一緒に行ったので色々参考にさせてもらいました(^^) The exhibition of Juliette Agnèl's work at the Yuhisai Kodokan, titled "The Scent of Light," featured photographs of minerals and plants. I went with a professional photographer, so I was able to get a lot of useful information from him. #京都 #kyotographie2026

歴史を紐解くと、度々KYOTO GRAPHIEの舞台となっている出町桝形商店街。KYOTO GRAPHIE Permanent Space DELTAもタンディウェ・ムリウの一如(Ichinyo)一色に。 Looking back at its history, Demachi Masugata Shopping Street has frequently been the setting for KYOTO GRAPHIE. 誉田屋源兵衛2つ目は、竹院の間で展示されているタンディウェ・ムリウの展示。タンディウェ・ムリウについては2箇所開催。それだけあって個性も強い。ロケーションとのコントラストが面白いですね。 The second thing I'd like to mention about Kondaya Genbei is the Thandiwe Muriu exhibition, displayed in the Takein Room. There are two exhibitions of Thandiwe Murii, and as such, each has a strong individual character. The contrast with the location is quite interesting. #京都 #kyotographie2026

誉田屋源兵衛なんて初めて入ったけどここでは2つの展示が開催されていた。黒蔵の方は2025KG+のアワード、フェデリコ・エストル。ボリビアの靴磨きたちとともに、周縁に追いやられたコミュニティを ヒーローとして捉え直し、そのアイデンテイティと結束を映し出す。 I had never been to Kondayagenbei before, but there were two exhibitions being held there. In the Kurokura section was the 2025KG+ award winner, Federico Estor. Together with the shoe shiners of Bolivia, he re-evaluates marginalized communities as heroes, appreciating their identity and solidarity. #京都 #kyotographie2026
