Sometimes, the hardest seasons in our life become the ones that teach us the most. I’ve experienced pain, disappointments, rejection, misunderstandings, and moments when I felt like I was alone. There were times when I questioned why certain things had to happen to me. But as time passed, I realized that not every painful experience is meant to destroy us. Some pain teaches us, some people teach us, and some situations make us stronger. I learned that I cannot control how people treat me, what they think about me, or how they choose to understand my story. What I can control is how I respond and how I continue to move forward. I also learned to be more careful with people, but not to become bitter. To forgive, but still know my boundaries. To stay kind, but not allow people to take advantage of my kindness. Most importantly, I learned to trust God more. There were moments when I didn’t understand what He was doing, but looking back, I can see that He was teaching me something through every season. The pain changed me, the lessons shaped me, and the growth made me stronger. And I’m still growing. I’m still learning. I’m still healing. Maybe my story isn’t perfect, but I’m grateful because God never left me through any chapter of it. ❤️🙏🏻 “Weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.” — Psalm 30:5
