Possibly the most aesthetic hotel I’ve stayed at 😍 𝗠𝗢𝗚𝗔𝗡𝗔 is a minimal, modern, and quietly luxurious hotel with subtle Japanese touches. At 𝗬𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗸𝘂 𝗧 𝗶𝗻 𝗢𝘀𝗮𝗸𝗮, you can enjoy a course menu centered around 𝗿𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗮 𝗪𝗮𝗴𝘆𝘂 from Miyazaki, known for its deep umami and surprisingly light finish 🥩 I tried their course menu, built around 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝘂𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗮 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗳, including a 𝗧-𝗯𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗸 that’s grilled at the table and used across multiple dishes! At 𝗪𝗮𝗴𝘆𝘂 𝗥𝘆𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗶 𝗕𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗼 𝗶𝗻 𝗚𝗶𝗼𝗻, you can enjoy a 10-course menu centered around 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝗔𝟱 𝗢𝗶𝘁𝗮 𝗪𝗮𝗴𝘆𝘂, with each dish highlighting a different cut and preparation style ☺️ from sukiyaki and shabu-shabu to an aged wagyu sirloin 🥩 We tried the “𝗚𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗪𝗮𝗴𝘆𝘂 𝗦𝗶𝗿𝗹𝗼𝗶𝗻” course (10 dishes), which is priced at 18,700 yen (~$120) per person.
