Even though I LOVE the crazy city life that comes with living in Tokyo, sometimes it’s nice to get out into nature & enjoy a different side of Japan. A few weeks ago we visited one of the oldest hot spring towns in Japan, Arima Onsen, and stayed at a ryokan called Arima Onsen Gekkoen to get the full traditional Japanese ryokan experience. This was both of our first times here and it was everything we wanted and more. Having Kobe beef brought straight to our room for dinner, starting the morning in our own private bath, and being surrounded by cherry blossoms. For about 94,600 JPY ($600 USD) / person a night, what do you guys think? *prices vary depending on the season and plan* Thank you @kobe_arimaspa_gekkoen for such a relaxing time :) #pr #gekkoen #japan #japantravel #wheninjapan
